Автором указана ключевая проблема противоречия между показателями окупаемости (которая зависит от степени использования вместимости маршрутных транспортных средств) и качества услуги (определяемого интервалами движения). В качестве решения предложен переход от традиционного помаршрутного планирования к мультимаршрутному методу организации работы пассажирских транспортных средств. Основное содержание работы составляет описание проектируемой интеллектуальной системы мультимаршрутного планирования, функционирующей по замкнутому циклу: сбор и накопление данных о пассажиропотоке и внешних факторах, прогнозирование пассажиронапряженности на рейсах и, на основе этого прогноза, построение оптимальных суточных заданий для парка маршрутных транспортных средств, позволяющих одному такому транспортному средству обслуживать ездки нескольких маршрутов в течение смены. Приведены результаты сравнительного анализа помаршрутного и мультимаршрутного методов организации работы, которые демонстрируют снижение затрат на работу маршрутных транспортных средств на 5,1% за счет повышения коэффициента пассажиронапряженности, что в итоге обеспечивает срок окупаемости внедрения такой системы около трех лет.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article addresses the problem of improving the efficiency of urban scheduled passenger transport in the Republic of Belarus. The author identifies a key contradiction between the indicators of cost recovery (which depends on the capacity utilization of route vehicles) and service quality (determined by service intervals). As a solution, a transition from traditional route-based planning to a multi-route method of organizing vehicle operations is proposed. The main content of the work consists of a description of a designed intelligent multi-route planning system operating in a closed cycle: collection of data on passenger flows and external factors, forecasting passenger load intensity on trips, and, based on this forecast, constructing optimal daily assignments for the fleet of route vehicles. This system allows one vehicle to serve several routes during a shift.
