Даны рекомендации по выбору стратегий управления для каждого уровня риска, а также предложены практические рекомендации по организационному обеспечению системы управления рисками.</p><p>Перспективным направлением дальнейших исследований, с точки зрения практической пользы для отрасли, может служить формирование классификации наиболее распространенных рисков для строительных проектов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The subject of this article is risk management in relation to large construction projects that have a well-developed project team, a high capital intensity, and a significant amount of uncertainty.</p><p>The article analyzes international and Russian standards, methodologies, and concepts related to risk management. Taking into account the specific features of project management in the construction industry in the Russian Federation, the article proposes an organizational framework for risk management processes, a risk impact assessment scale, and a 3×3 risk response strategy matrix.
