В ходе теоретического исследования выявлено, что применение инструментов и методов гибкого подхода способно существенно повысить эффективность управления дорожно-строительными проектами. Применение гибкого подхода на верхних управленческих уровнях не отвечает требованиям и специфике дорожно-строительной отрасли, однако внедрение гибких практик и инструментов посредством гибридизации классического подхода способны придать адаптивность таким проектам. При внедрении Agile-инструментария необходимо учитывать культурные и технологические отраслевые особенности дорожно-строительной индустрии.</p><p>Требуется дальнейшее исследование возможных вариантов гибридизации и определение наиболее эффективных практик, инструментов и форм их адаптации с учетом особенностей дорожно-строительных проектов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the possibility of using Agile Project Management in relation to the life cycle of a road construction investment project and to individual stages of its implementation. In the course of theoretical research, it was revealed that an Agile Project Management can significantly improve the efficiency of road construction project management. The application of Agile Project Management at the upper management level does not meet the requirements and specifics of the road construction industry, however, the introduction of flexible practices and tools for hybridization of the classical approach can make such projects adaptable.
